Our story

I'm a Senior Business Analyst who has lived inside several high-profile enterprise programmes — the kind where clarity matters, committees multiply, and every gate expects something polished on paper. I loved the work: shaping requirements, threading dependencies, turning fog into decisions. What wore me down wasn't the analysis — it was the grinding repeat of building the same classes of artefacts again and again, even when the domain felt familiar. Another BRD, another FRD slice, another traceability matrix, another risk register — each one demanding the same care as the last.

At some point I stopped treating that as “just part of the job” and started treating it as a systems problem. I used to write software before I pivoted into BA work, and that background never really left me. So I asked a simple question: what would a workspace look like if it remembered how good BAs think — structure, scrutiny, stakeholder language — while taking the repetitive scaffolding off their plate?

That's how Reqify came to life — first as a tool I wished I'd had on those programmes, then as something Custovia could share with analysts and programme leads everywhere. The goal isn't to replace judgement; it's to help us work smarter, not harder — so we spend less time rebuilding shells and more time on the decisions only humans should own.

Reqify exists so business analysts and project leaders can ship BRDs, FRDs, registers, matrices, and operating artefacts in minutes — grounded in uploads, structured interviews, and human review — not brittle copy-paste templates.
