Evidence-to-delivery for project managers

Keep governance outputs connected to real project evidence

Charters, business cases, RAID logs, status reports, change requests, lessons learned, project closure documents — generated from your real project context with audit trails and PMO-ready exports.

  • PMBOK + PRINCE2 aligned
  • Audit trail per artefact
  • Excel + Word exports
  • Steering-ready

PM artefacts are a part-time documentation job inside a full-time PM role

PMs spend a surprising fraction of their week on artefact maintenance: the weekly status report, the change request that has to land before Thursday, the updated RAID log for the steering pack, the closure document the PMO requires before the project is allowed to close. None of this is the strategic part of the role, and all of it has to be done well — because the artefacts are the project, as far as governance is concerned.

Most "AI for project management" tools focus on scheduling or task tracking. The artefact layer — the documents that actually drive governance decisions — is left to manual work or a wiki template. So the PM ends up writing the same paragraphs every Friday and rebuilding the RAID log every fortnight.

A useful AI PM tool has to take the artefact load seriously: generate quickly, maintain over time, retain audit history, and surface what actually changed since the last review.

How Reqify takes the PM artefact load

Reqify generates the full PM artefact suite — project charter, business case, RAID log, status reports, change requests, lessons learned, project closure, RACI, stakeholder register, sign-off log, meeting minutes — from your project context. Each artefact has a structured schema, retrieves from your discovery and project files, and is editable as data, not just as a Word file.

Status reports are generated against the live RAID log and milestone state, so the RAG status is grounded in what has actually changed — not what the PM remembers in the meeting. Change requests inherit context from the BRD they touch and surface the downstream artefacts that would be affected. Lessons learned can reference the original assumption that turned out to be wrong, by ID.

When information is missing — an unowned risk, a sponsor sign-off without a date — Reqify flags it. The PM is the orchestrator, not the typist.

What you get as a PM

Charter + business case

PMBOK / PRINCE2-aligned charter; HM Treasury Five Case Model business case with NPV / IRR / ROI.

Live RAID log

Probability × impact scoring, owners, review dates, audit trail. The RAID is alive, not a one-off.

Grounded status reports

RAG status generated against live RAID and milestone state. Movement-since-last-meeting view built in.

Change requests with traceability

CRs inherit context from the BRD/FRD they touch. Downstream artefact impact called out automatically.

Lessons learned + closure

Closure documents that reference the original assumptions, decisions, and risks. PMOs love these.

Word + Excel exports

Steering packs as .docx, RAID and registers as .xlsx with the columns your PMO already uses.

Who Reqify is built for

  • Programme PMs running multi-workstream delivery
  • Consultancy PMs reporting to client steering committees weekly
  • PMOs standardising templates across a delivery group
  • PMs in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, government)
  • Bid / engagement PMs writing investment-style sections
  • Internal PMs needing artefacts that hold up at audit

FAQ for PMs

Is this PMBOK or PRINCE2?+

Both. Reqify supports PMBOK 7 vocabulary by default and PRINCE2 vocabulary as a workspace option. Artefact structures cover both methodologies — project charter and project brief, business case and project mandate, status report and highlight report, lessons learned and end-project report.

How does status reporting work?+

The status report is generated against the live RAID log, milestone state, and any change requests since the last reporting period. The RAG status is justified against the underlying data, with a "movement since last meeting" view for the steering pack. The PM reviews and edits before sending.

Does this replace my scheduling tool?+

No — Reqify is the artefact layer. Use MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira for scheduling; Reqify imports the milestone state and writes the governance artefacts that scheduling tools do not produce.

Can I export to Word and Excel?+

Yes. .docx for charters, business cases, status reports, closure documents. .xlsx for RAID logs, RACI, stakeholder registers, lessons-learned trackers. Exports apply your organisation branding — logo, colours, fonts.

Is there an audit trail?+

Yes. Every artefact change is logged with who, when, and what. Team plan adds organisation-level audit logging that includes reads, exports, and integration pushes.
